1. Free Worldwide Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of destination.

All shipments come with full tracking and regular updates once dispatched.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (business days only).

Once your parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive an email containing your tracking link.
Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update once the carrier registers the parcel.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
Europe: 7–10 business days
United States & Canada: 7–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days
Middle East: 8–12 business days
Asia: 7–10 business days
Mexico: 8–10 business days

These are estimated times provided by our logistics partners.
Delays may occur during peak seasons, customs processing, or unforeseen courier issues.


4. Order Tracking

Every order is shipped with a unique tracking number.
You will receive the tracking link via email once the order has shipped.

If tracking hasn’t updated yet, please allow a few hours — the carrier may still be processing the initial scan.


5. Customs & Import Duties

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Most orders arrive without additional fees, but we cannot control or predict customs processes in each country.


6. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure all delivery information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@lorencavell.com — we may still be able to adjust it before shipping.


7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us.
We will contact the courier on your behalf and provide a resolution, which may include:

  • reshipping your order, or

  • providing a refund (depending on the situation)

We’re here to help and will always aim for the best possible outcome.


8. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

If something isn’t quite right with your item, simply email us at:

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unworn

  • items must be unwashed

  • items must be in their original condition & packaging

Due to limited quantities, exchanges are only possible if the requested size is in stock.
